Method:
Bloom saffron in warm water.
Mix into yoghurt.
Chill before serving with bread or grilled meat.

Saffron Mashed Potatoes

- Cream or milk

Method:
Boil potatoes.
Mash with butter and saffron-infused warm milk.
Season to taste.

Saffron Chicken Marinade

Method:
Mix saffron in warm water, add to marinade.

Method:

Method:
